UPCOMING SALES:
March 6th, 2010 will be our Opening Day Private Treaty Sale, where we will be offering 50 calving ease yearling Red Angus Bulls and 35 Red and Black Yearling Gelbvieh/Balancer Bulls. Something new this year we will be selling is 10 elite registered open yearling heifers and 50 Red Angus, Red and Black Balancer commercial open heifers.
RANCH NEWS:
April 17th, 2010 will be our annual memorial livestock judging event. The family hosts a 4-H and FFA livestock and agronony judging contest at their sale facility that attracts 200+ young people. It is in memory of Ole and Bob’s wife Monica. The family feels that livestock judging is an important part of the industry, it helps build knowledge of where the industry is headed, confidence and public speaking skills. Both Jenny and Jon judged at the collegiate level.
